Vintage Mambo - The Mambo Muscle Truck tee
US$118.69 - sold
Taking a trip back to the mid-90s with this absolute masterpiece of Australian counter-culture history. 🇦🇺💥
"The Mambo Muscle Truck," released in 1995, features the unmistakable, mind-bending artwork of the legendary Reg Mombassa (Chris O’Doherty). Known for his iconic "RegM" signature, Reg has been a defining force in Mambo’s visual identity since 1986.
His signature style is on full display here—fusing suburban machinery with weird, organic, veiny textures to create a surreal muscle truck with a giant single eye in the windshield. 👁️🚛
From the bubble logo on the front to the massive back print, this maroon tee is a quintessential piece from Mambo's "Peak 90s" era.
