This is the "Dead Can Surf" tee from the highly successful 2020 capsule collection by Chinatown Market (now known as MARKET) in official collaboration with the Grateful Dead.
The front showcases a lineup of Grateful Dead's iconic skeletons and "Dancing Bears" hitting the beach with custom-graphic surfboards, while the back features a wobbly, trippy bubble lettering playing on the band's name (and a nod to the 80s gothic band Dead Can Dance!).
